Michelle Obama to Visit Iowa

As election time keeps getting closer, the last few rounds of campaigning are focusing on Iowa and other very important states with a large undecided population.

Because both sides of the presidential campaign are aware of the importance of Iowa, they are paying special attention to this incredibly important swing state, and have been doing an extensive amount of campaigning there for months.

Both presidential candidates are struggling for the six electoral votes that this state offers, as it made a huge difference in the race in 2008 for President Obama. The race as of now is nearly tied, with polls showing each president having about 47% support.

The other 6% is a population of undecided voters over whom both presidential candidates are fighting furiously.

Michelle Obama has taken on the next campaign rally for the Obama campaign efforts.

According to the Des Moines Register website, Michelle Obama will visit Iowa City and Souix City on Monday, October 29 to campaign for her husband.

The Iowa City appearance is scheduled to be open at 11 a.m. She will visit the Sheraton Hotel in Iowa City, located at 210 Dubuque St.

The Sioux City rally will be held at the Convention Center in Souix City beginning at 2:30 p.m. This building is located at 801 4th St.

This will be Michelle Obama's sixth visit to Iowa this year, and it will be only one week before Election Day. The president's last visit to Iowa will be in Davenport just two days later.
