There may be no more tickets remaining for President Obama's visit to Iowa this Tuesday, but rumors are circulate that Obama may be facing some backlash when he visits this time.
According to the Des Moines Register website, there are no more tickets available for attendance to President Obama's address this week in Cedar Rapids for his campaign. All tickets were given out within the first day of availability. the number of tickets that were given out has not been released.
Even though the event has been sold out, USA Today's website states that Obama may face some backlash for this particular visit because many of the state's residents may be turning against Obama.
The backlash surprisingly may come from Iowa's own Democratic residents that actually had part of the responsibility for putting Obama into office. A rising belief is that President Obama has let the people down and not done what he promised for the economy. A few have even expressed regrets about the vote they cast during the 2008 election.
The current numbers in Iowa show a very tight race between Obama and Republican Candidate Mitt Romney in what may once again prove to be a very important state in this year's presidential election.
Obama will be speaking on his plan to rebuild the economy at Johnson Hall on the campus of Kirkwood Community College this Tuesday morning. The doors for the event will open at 10:15 a.m. This will be his fourth visit this year in Iowa as part of his campaign efforts.
